The Waterfront Galley on Water Street Yarmouth announces it has a limited number of spaces available for regional artists to display and sell their work for the 2017 season. The season runs from May 1 until the end of October. Participants are included in the website and other publicity. The galley had over 3000 visitors last year and more are anticipated this year.

Falencki’s work deals with global conflicts from the Second World War to the Syrian crisis. She hopes her paintings will make people slow down to more deeply consider the graphic images that fly by on the TV and the Internet. She wants to give a voice to the people we see so fleetingly. “There is a history of when you paint something, it becomes important”, she says.
This monthly coaching workshop is for the beginners who have had a little bit of experience in watercolour but lack of confidence and consistancy. Participant will work on a painting from start to finish on this day-long session. I will help each individual on every step of the way from building the skills of drawing, composition, colour mixing, correcting mistakes to applying different techniques on relevant subjects. These small numbered sessions offer lots of quality one on one time providing positive guidances.
